A deadly virus has been introduced to the world.

Its propagation is alarming.

It is wildly precise — the essence of which, is its ability to improve after a failed attempt.

Its success rate is around 99.9%.

Its aim, absolute completion.

It cares not about your age, finances, or politics; it knows you are no match whatever they happen to be.

It tricks its host by pretending to be a useful extension of their life.

But then, when all its microscopic, barbed tentacles, are intractably established around clusters of neurons, it organizes the host’s consciousness into shallow beliefs, fear, and an addiction to being entertained.

It wants its network of hosts to be perfectly trapped in the short term, so it entirely owns the long term.

Though we know its propagation is digital and corporately disseminated; we can’t distinguish its origin or ultimate purpose.
